Gwynt Glas is a planned floating offshore wind farm off the coast of Pembrokeshire.
EDF power solutions, ESB and Sumitomo have entered into a partnership to develop Gwynt Glas Offshore Wind Farm. The partnership is also working with DP Energy’s Pembrokeshire based team, an exclusive development partner in the project, leveraging their local knowledge and expertise to develop a floating offshore wind farm in the Celtic Sea with a capacity of up to 1.5GW
The partnership project is called Gwynt Glas, Welsh for Blue Wind, in recognition of its Celtic roots.
